Progress Reports

Progress reports go home with your student this Monday, April 30^th. Please be sure to review it, sign the back page, and return it with your student.

Field Day

This Wednesday, May 2^nd, is our field day. Students will be outside in the heat most of the morning. Please be sure to put sunscreen on your kiddos, and send them to school with water bottles, towels, and a change of shoes/clothes. Be prepared, all students will be soaking wet!!!

United States Book Part 2

This quarter we will be completing the second half of the United States Book, with the last 25 states. This will, once again, be an in class assignment, and not a homework assignment. It will be due at the end of the quarter and is a big Social Studies grade.

Endangered Species Project

This quarter we will be doing a project on an endangered species of your child’s choice. Parts of it will be homework, and parts of it will be in class work. The Project is due May 11^th.

AIMS WEEK!!!!!!

Because of testing this week, there will be NO HOMEWORK.

Please make sure your student is at school every day this week, and is here on time. Tardiness and absenteeism will result in having to make up the test next week, causing them to miss class work.

Make sure your kiddo is getting enough sleep each night and is eating all their vegetables! :)

Spring Recess

There will be no school on Friday April 6^th  and  Monday April 9^th, due to Easter weekend.

United States Book Part 2

AIMS Week

April 16 - 20^th is the week of the AIMS test. Please make sure not to schedule any appointments or trips during this week. It is very important that your child is at school, on time, during this whole week.

Attendance

We will be doing AIMS preparation every day until the test, so it is still important that your child be here. During the school day, students also receive participation points during lessons. When they are not here, they do receive them and it lowers their grades. Attendance is very important.
